We endeavour to ensure that all our customers have complete satisfaction no matter what their requirements are. It should, however, be understood that all orders are accepted on the following conditions:
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition and we will refund you in full the cost of the goods.
If the wrong goods are supplied due to our error or the goods are faulty or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you in full once the item has been received and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order from the date of the contract and up to 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.
Upon cancellation we will refund your payment as soon as possible.
Please return the goods to the address below.
Payment options
We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Online Card payments are handled securely by leading payment provider Barclays Payments.

Payments are handled by UTP. You will be directed to their site to make your secure payment. All details are encrypted when the order is placed. The payment details are held on UTP’s secure servers and not on our website – so in the unlikely event that our website is hacked then no sensitive payment details will be accessible/available.
Requests for Reviews
By agreeing to our terms & conditions you may also receive an email from us kindly asking you to leave us a review on the product you purchased. This helps inform future customers on a true product reflection from previous customers. Don’t worry, we won’t spam you with emails, we don’t like that either!
